Making Healthy The New Fast Food!

Meal planning and prepping can be very time consuming. It involves figuring out what you want to eat, making a grocery list, picking up the items in the store, cooking them AND don't forget about the clean up. This is where we come in, our Meal Prep will deliver a healthy tasty alternative without sacrificing time and health.

1. If you choose to place your meals in the refrigerator please consume within five business days. Seafood up to three days.

2. To warm up remove top and place container inside the microwave and cook for for one minute.

3. Once warmed be careful when taking off seal, check for desired temp and warm again if needed.
